School is out and I'M BACK!!!

Well finally I find myself with some time on my hands. And i have to admit, it feels good knowing that i can post here without worry of having another assignment to do, or project to write. well, at least for a good 3 weeks anyways. Lately the little time I have had I've used to support the efforts of fellow card-flopper and good friend Chris "G'Daybloke" Miller. And his VS playing compatriots with a weekly challenge at LostHemisphere. It's a simple arrangement really. He gives a tough challenge, and I rack my brain for a deck to answer with that isn't mainstream or obvious. (Like not using any printed Brotherhood characters in my Xorn's takeover deck, or no equipment in my Mandarin abuse, etc.)
The current challenge was a plot twist heavy deck with a special prize for yours truly if i managed to keep the character count below 10. I'll tell you now, I did NOT use quicksilver. And I am quite pleased with my result. Tune in Sunday at LH to see what I came up with!

Now I dont know if you've heard of it, but the BATTLE AT THE BORDER event may not be at the border per se, But already I find myself wanting to contribute to the prize pool. Using my recently aquired photoshop skills (humble though they may be) I plan on making a custom VS mini set reflecting the participants planning on attending. So over the next month i will be looking for photos of the participating canadians (for team Canada) as well as photos of participating Americans (Team USA, obv.) If you are interested in being a part of this custom set and obtaining a copy of your own VS card please contact me with your vsrealms user name at onyxweaponvs@hotmail.com. As I will do my best to make balanced teams, The more pics I can get, the better this little project of mine will turn out.
Well thats it for today, It's good to be back, and I'll be making it a point to spread this news in the forums as well.
Peace.
